Note that we may need to send you e-mail communications that are transactional or relationship communications such as information regarding service we are providing, payment information, payment confirmation which are communications you will not be able to opt-out of.

We are not responsible for removing your personally identifiable information from the lists of any third-party services or other third party who has previously been provided your information in accordance with this notice.

Protego LLC reserves the right to change the contents of this privacy policy, remove, add, or modify all or portions of this notice at its’ sole discretion without notice or liability. Any changes we make become effective immediately upon posting to the protegollc.com website.  We encourage you to periodically check this page for any updates or changes. You agree to review Protego’s Privacy Policy along with other terms and conditions posted on the protegollc.com website prior to using our services and to be bound by any changes after those changes have been posted to the protegollc.com website.

Class Action Waiver

Any claim must be brought in the respective party’s individual capacity, and not as a plaintiff in any purported class, multiple plaintiff, collective, representative, or similar proceeding (“Class Action”). The parties expressly waive any ability to maintain any Class Action in any forum. The arbitrator shall not have authority to combine or aggregate similar claims or conduct any Class Action nor make an award to any person or entity not a party to the arbitration. Any claim that all or part of this Class Action Waiver is unenforceable, unconscionable, void, or voidable may be determined only by a court of competent jurisdiction and not by an arbitrator.

Waiver of Counterclaims

You agree to waive all rights to interpose any claims, deductions, setoffs or counterclaims of any nature (other than compulsory counterclaims) in any action or proceeding with respect to this Agreement or any matter arising therefrom or relating hereto or thereto.
